When will pre-order be available for next seasons movies?
At this time we are not launching pre-order. We hear you - and we greatly appreciate your concern and inquiry. If you'd like to help support the company in the meantime, please browse our store. It all helps and we thank you for your support.
When does my order ship?
We promptly ship orders. Most orders ship within 12 business hours of when the order was placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipments tracking number.
How Long Does My Order Take To Arrive?
Domestic orders in the USA normally arrive in 5 business days or less from the time your order was placed. International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. This is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, if you have an account, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. If you do not have an account or did not use/create one - No problem. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. This is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly. Most orders ship within 12 business hours. If you place an order and realize there is a mistake with your order information please immediately contact us here. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address etc... Customer Service.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas (outside of U.S.A.) customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive to us. What payment methods do we accept?
Whitetail Adrenaline accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
